Service Description
Working with a personal trainer is insightful as you've got someone to keep you accountable and encourage you to do more than you think you can do. However, as with any new experience, it can be daunting at first. Let's meet up, in person at my gym anytime fitness or online, it’s up to you. We will discuss why you feel the gym should be a part of your weekly routine. From the chat, I will see if I can help you achieve more and see if we can work well together. This can be done either in person, via video or phone call.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy update *Pay Monthly & Package Clients* All Sessions are to be used on a monthly basis, missed sessions are not carried over unless discussed or pre-arranged. You pay for number of days you can commit to per month. As long as sessions are cancelled with at least 3 hours notice it can be moved to another point within the 4-week period from the day of the missed session without losing the session. If the session is cancelled within the 3 hours of the session you risk losing the session. Client agreement - I agree to give 3 hours notice for cancellation of sessions. I understand that if 3 hours' notice is not given, the fee for that session may still stand. •If cancellation is made later than the 3-hour window or if cancellations are consecutive I must complete a cancellation form to not lose sessions booked and to freeze sessions. •I understand that if I receive credit for a missed session, the credit must be used within 90 days of the missed session or it will be waived. • I understand that payments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. However, sessions may be suspended at the discretion of Jer for a maximum of 3 months from the start date. The remaining sessions can also be transferred or sold to another client.
