Have been in the gym and loved the feeling of the ground beneath your feet your body poised and ready to lift an empowering dead weight from the ground. The feeling of pressing a weight from your chest as if it were about to pin you to the bench you lay on, or the feeling squatting a weight as if the world were on your shoulders!

The feeling is amazing isn't it, well in this competition we want to encourage as many people who love that feeling to get involved in this amateur power lifting style comp open to anyone who wants to test their maximal strength in the most supportive, empowering environment.

Crowd Cheering, Dj playing motivating music as you take your spot in the squat rack, on the deadlift platform, lay on the bench.

The Event

We have abandoned weight classes for this comp so you will be categorised by the total weight you can lift for example squat 100kg, bench 80kg, Deadlift 150kg Total = 330kg. Which group you lift with will entirely depend on who signs up, we will have Category 1 for the lower total weight, Category 2 for the middle total weight and Category 3 for the heavy Lifters.

Although we have abandoned weight categories we will also be offering prizes to the Wilks Winners (Points Calculated from your power to weight ratio) so their will be winners from each Category and winners based on Wilks Points.
