Pop-Up Workshop

LEARN TO SQUAT, BENCH & DEADLIFT

In the lead up to Stroud’s Powerful People Taking place on Saturday October 13th.

I will be running a group session to both demonstrate and allow both compititors or non competitors the opportunity to practice the 3 lifts; Bench, Squat, Deadlift. This will take place on the 29th of September from 8am until around 10am.

Learn what could be stopping you from achieving a good quality squat, Deadlift or bench and how to work on improving how you perform the Big 3 lifts.

On the day I will be accompanied by Luke from the MFL sports clinic, who will be going through potential causes in technique flaws and what we can do through fascia release techniques and stretching to improve our chances of more successful lifting!
